Viking Runic Store has an automated import and production system. We do not bring products to order.

However, you can suggest to us if you want any product and we can analyze the option of importing or producing it.

We work with DHL Express, so shipments are made to all countries in the world without any major problems.

Please note that DHL often places some restrictions on countries with ongoing blockades or wars.

Please note that there are products prohibited by Customs and prohibited for transport by air, therefore, you must be aware of the international regulations (ICAO-OACI Standards), under which some products such as seeds, herbs, perfumes, sprays, among others, cannot be sent.

Viking Runic Store will inform you promptly if there is any problem with your orders and international air shipping regulations.

Orders take between 10 to 15 calendar days to reach their destination. Please note that this time period refers to the time from when the product is dispatched from DHL offices in the country of origin and when it arrives at Customs in the country of destination. This time does not include the days required by Customs or other authorities to inspect or supervise the package.

We recommend that you make a selection of your favorite products that, in total, equal or close to 1.5 kg in weight.
This way you can take advantage of the maximum weight available for shipping costs and save on the unit price of each product.

Customs in some countries often carry out random inspections and charge extra amounts for product inspections and storage.

Some of our courses are taught online (via Zoom) in which you will have direct contact with the Teacher in Charge, which requires more resources and logistics. There are other ways to take the courses, such as with pre-recorded videos on educational platforms. This last option does not allow contact with the teacher nor will there be active monitoring of your progress, so the price between one course and another will be different.

The Distribution Agreement will allow you and/or your business to access Viking Runic Store products at a price lower than the retail price, giving you the benefit of profit from the margin between the purchase price and the retail price stipulated on our website.

Group purchases or distribution subdivisions (Network) will not be allowed. Each person or business must have a unique Distributor code and their own stock without depending on third parties or other Distributors.

You (or your business) will have access to a discount code in your own name on the Website www.vikingrunicstore.com , with which you can purchase the products under the initial discount percentage you have requested.

When you choose the products on the Website, you must enter the Authorized Distributor Code that has been assigned to you.

The Discount Code only applies to those who have signed the Distribution Agreement. It is personal and non-transferable.

To maintain your scale discount level, you will have to replenish stock for the minimum amount required.

Associate Distributors may pay for advertising on social media, provided that these comply with the conditions set forth in this document. We recommend that you send a sample of the advertising to be promoted, so that it can be approved or corrected.

Associated Distributors must be fully aware of the benefits, characteristics and uses of the products they offer to the public, and it is the responsibility of the Distributor to be trained under the required standards.

Viking Runic Store offers training courses and seminars, which can be actively taken by distributors to train themselves in the use and handling of the products.

Online Training will be announced in a timely manner through Viking Runic Store's Social Networks and Website, with exclusive and privileged access for Distributors.
