It is extremely important to us that you are satisfied with the products and services you purchase. Here are some tips and recommendations that you should take into account before buying or selecting any of the products in our store:

1. Make sure you choose the correct options. Each product has multiple presentation options (sizes, colors, variants, packaging, authors, etc.).

2. If you make a mistake in choosing a product, immediately cancel your order or contact us to help you make the corresponding changes.

3. Once the dispatch process has started, no changes can be made.

4. If you have paid for a product, give up your purchase and want a refund, it will have a discount of 5% of the original value paid, due to the commissions charged by the different payment platforms.

5. If you have made the payment for a product and cancel your purchase, you can choose to contact us to generate a credit note in the form of a promotional code for the amount paid (For one-time use in our store). You can use this code on your next purchase.

6. If you request the exchange or variation of a product, make sure that the product has the same value. In case it has a different value, contact us to make the payment of the added value of the new product.

7. In case you change your order and choose a lower priced product, a credit note will be generated in the form of a promotional code, which you can redeem on your next purchase. No return deposits or money refunds will be made for product variation.

8. There are no refunds for rituals or oracle readings.

9. There are no refunds for registrations in courses or seminars once started.
