Shipping policy
1. Viking Runic Store uses outsourced means to deliver.
2. Viking Runic Store is released from the responsibility to cover the shipping costs in case you enter the wrong address and your order does not arrive at your address. In the event of a mistake, the customer will have to bear the cost of re-shipping their product.
3. In case you misplace the delivery address, extra costs will be incurred for the return of the products to our warehouses. These expenses will be assumed by the client and will be included in the cost when the re-shipment of their products is made.
4. We do not make personal deliveries or deliveries with cash on delivery.
5. Viking Runic Store calculates shipping costs only. It does not include customs payments or extra taxes imposed by the authorities of each country.
6. Customs in some countries often conduct random reviews and charge extra amounts for product supervision and storage. Shipments are subject to taxes and customs requirements at the destination according to the legislation of each country. These expenses are not included in the indicated shipping cost and you will have to make payments according to the indications of the customs authorities of your country.
7. In the event that any of our associated transport companies make an error in their service, Viking Runic Store is committed to solving the problem or to resending their products again by an alternative means. No additional costs will be charged in these cases.
