About the products:

1. Viking Runic Store does not make product separations or reservations. In case there is a product with limited stock, the product will be assigned to the customer who completes his purchase first.

2. Viking Runic Store does not place special or custom orders.

About educational classes and seminars:

1. Viking Runic Store classes and seminars are run on a strict schedule. If you wish to enroll or enroll in a course or seminar that has already started, you will only have until the first week after the start date to join. For your incorporation you must contact us through our contact numbers, social networks or by email vrs@vikingrunicstore.com

3. If a course falls below the minimum quorum of students (04 students minimum per course), we reserve ourselves to reschedule classes or seminars until the required number of registrants is reached.

4. Students are committed to completing their training when they enroll in a course or seminar. The commitment to comply with all the cycles is not only a symbol of seriousness and responsibility of the student, but is also a sign of respect for their classmates. If a student begins their training in one of our multi-cycle or module courses and withdraws from it, they will be putting in danger the continuation of the entire course, in case that class has a number of students close to the minimum required. 5. If a student withdraws from a course or seminar in the middle of their training, they will automatically be considered a new student if she registers again for the course. P>

6. Students should bear in mind that the courses have additional educational, audiovisual and didactic material that the teacher will share through educational platforms, private groups on social networks or chat. This translates into the obligation to create an account on the platform that the teacher indicates for the delivery of the indicated material.

7. The professor in charge of the course reserves the right to disapprove, suspend or expel students who are disruptive or who do not comply with the standards of respect or responsibility required.

About Rituals and Divinatory / Oracular Readings services:

1. The rituals and readings are means of information and advice that are subject to the free will of the consultants. If a consultant performs actions other than those indicated by the oracles or letters, then the session will have lost validity.

2. There are no refunds for rituals or oracle readings.

3. To schedule an appointment or consultation, you must communicate with us through our contact numbers, social networks or by email vrs@vikingrunicstore.com

4. The rituals and readings can be done in person or online. The Master in charge will be the one who decides and indicates the necessary modality.
