Runes were the most widespread oracular and consultation system in the Nordic/Scandinavian area in the 1st century AD.
The Traditional Runes set contains the 24 historical Runes of the Elder Futhark in their purest form, without embellishments, without dyes. This Set is recognized as traditional or historical by its similarity to the Runes described by the Roman historian Gaius Cornelius Tacitus in his book Germania, in which he indicates the way of creating the runes and the oracular use that was given to them.
It is of utmost importance to have your own set of Runes to begin your practice and research. We recommend that you start with this set of Traditional Runes.
